If you have a question about this talk, please contact Himantha Cooray. In Buddhism, suffering is ended and enlightenment is achieved by cultivating insight. The path of cultivating insight is known as the “Noble Eightfold Path”. Ven. Jue Yun will introduce components of this path and discuss how right action, right speech and right effort help one develop right mindfulness, right tranquillity and right understanding, completing the path to enlightenment. The talk is part of a special “Talk and Meditation Session” beginning at 15:00. The talk will be preceded by a guided meditation.
