If you have a question about this talk, please contact Himantha Cooray. This talk will underline the necessary qualities that are required prior to arising of mindfulness, and that also support and maintain it. Ven. Kovido will also talk about various jobs that mindfulness does at different times and how it assists in the work of Insight. The talk is part of a special “Buddhist Talk and Meditation” session beginning at 17:00. The talk will be followed by a discussion and a guided meditation.
