This talk will underline the necessary qualities that are required prior to arising of mindfulness, and that also support and maintain it. Ven. Kovido will also talk about various jobs that mindfulness does at different times and how it assists in the work of Insight.

The talk is part of a special “Buddhist Talk and Meditation” session beginning at 17:00. The talk will be followed by a discussion and a guided meditation. You are welcome to take part in the whole event or just come for the talk. The full event programme is as follows:
