If you have a question about this talk, please contact Graeme Jenkinson. Pilgrim Beart founded several local technology companies including AlertMe (http://www.alertme.com) and more recently 1248 (http://1248.io) which he started whilst a visitor here at the Lab a couple of years ago. All his startups have had a “connected devices” theme, so it’s no surprise that 1248 is focussed on the Internet of Things. One of the initiatives 1248 is leading is HyperCat (http://hypercat.io), and drawing from that work Pilgrim will share his informal thoughts about what the problems of IoT are, and some ideas about directions for solving them. Pizza will be served. This talk is part of the gcj21's list series. This talk is included in these lists:Note that ex-directory lists are not shown. |
