As a young woman in Kuwait, Ms Majed faces challenges unknown in the West.  In this frank and personal talk, she will discuss her family’s contribution to the founding of Kuwait, her exposure to Western culture and her academic influences, giving an insider’s view of her decision to study law as a woman in a male-dominated field.
