In this talk, Tim Akers, a psychological therapist working for the NHS , will share some of his knowledge of how the mind operates; how we are blinded by our own imaginations; how we mistake concepts for truths and how we are afraid of our own emotions. Using a spiritual model he will help to discover the thread that, like Ariadne’s, can take us out of the maze, away from our sel-created guilt and suffering.
