In an environment where enabling staff to perform at their best is increasingly important in terms of performance and wellbeing, the question of whether sexual orientation or gender identity are workplace issues that require specific consideration needs exploring. Dr Richard McKay facilitates an interactive workshop exploring the impact of coaching on optimising the professional life of LGB&T staff.
