Please contact admin@cerf.cam.ac.uk The symposium will consist of 9 high quality papers in the broad area of corporate finance theory (including corporate finance interactions with financial institutions and financial markets). Franklin Allen (Nippon Life Professor of Finance, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania) will be the Keynote Speaker of the symposium. The symposium will be held at the Judge Business School in Cambridge, UK on 19-20 September 2014. The symposium is sponsored by the Cambridge Endowment for Research in Finance (CERF). Participants are expected to cover costs of travel and local expenses. Costs of speakers and discussants from academic institutions may be reimbursed by the organizers upon request (economy class travel). No conference fee will be charged. Applications Attendance is by invitation or prior registration only. Please register with admin@cerf.cam.ac.uk by 1 September 2014 and note in the subject header “Corporate Finance Theory Symposium”.
