Energy storage is one of the significant fields for sustainable energy. Batteries are one of the storage systems being explored. Lithium-ion batteries are one of the most mature secondary batteries and are utilized in many applications such as cell phones and laptops. In this journal club, I will briefly talk about battery technologies from the very beginning of batteries and their principles to current research.
