Charlotte Evans’ research interests include the evaluation of interventions to improve nutritional behaviour, behavioural nutrition in children and young people, the factors affecting energy density, energy intake and obesity in children, the impact of fruit and vegetables on health outcomes, children’s school meals and packed lunches and epidemiological methods – randomised controlled trials, systematic reviews.
