The Big Issue foundation offers some of the most excluded people in the country a chance to take some control of their lives and earn a legitimate income. You may have seen some vendors of The Big Issue magazine around Cambridge. Now you have a chance to hear first hand from the founder of this highly successful social entrepreneurship! John Bird has spoken at several highly prestigious venues including 10 Downing Street, the UN in New York and Buckingham Palace and we are very honoured to host him at the Beyond Profit Society! There will be plenty of time to ask questions to John Bird and find out how to start setting up your own venture! You can also learn more about what we do in Beyond Profit and how to get involved with our Business courses, Think Tank and Enterprise Stream Programmes.
