“In space, no one can hear you scream.” A close encounter becomes a nightmare when an alien invades a spacecraft in Ridley Scott’s sci-fi classic. On the way home from a mission for the Company with 20,000,000 tons of refined ore, the crew of the ill-fated Nostromo are awoken early from their hyper-sleep to answer a distress signal from a nearby planet. It soon becomes apparent to the crew that this was no distress call, but a warning trying to ward off anyone from landing on the planet and prevent an encounter with a deadly alien lifeform.
