It is a fundamental analysis, which is a summary about the compliance of the special theory of relativity with the physical Reality. The real physical nature of the Universe is: local certainty of defining (definiteness) in any local time-spatial domain (the area of existence, like our time-spatial region on and near the Earth’s surface), and uncertainty in defining in both the micro-world (quantum level) and macro-world (Universe level). In this way is given and a new model of the Universe
