The first of a free series of nine lectures intended for graduate students, post-doc research assistants and anyone who wants to find out more about employability with, and the business functions of, technology based companies. The first session of this nine week lecture series will consider the current climate for entrepreneurship in local, national and international contexts. It will also focus on what it means to be a “spin out”, covering relationships with industry, and the research community/University, and business growth. Led by Clare Ruskin, Interim CEO at Cambridge Network and Dr Tim Minshall, IfM. All talks will be followed by a drinks reception.
