If you have a question about this talk, please contact Julian Willis. Careers Evening: Summer Research Internships Come and listen to a group of students fresh from their own research internships this summer talking about their personal experiences. Learn about the entire process across a range of scientific disciplines, from where to apply and what to look for in an internship to the lab work and projects you can expect to be involved in. We aim to shed some light on why a research internship might be a good idea and what you can expect to get out of it. Driven by students grateful for the experiences they have enjoyed both internationally and in Cambridge, this careers evening is specifically designed to provide some valuable firsthand advice and encourage more people to take up some of the fantastic summer research internship opportunities on offer. Bringing a pen and paper is advisable. This talk is part of the Stokes Society, Pembroke College series. This talk is included in these lists:Note that ex-directory lists are not shown. |
