Professor Samuel Huntington’s allegation of “An Inherent Clash of Civilisations” between Islam and the West has been examined in round table discussions of lay Muslims in Britain, the US and continental Europe. The results of these discussions have been disseminated by Amedee Turner in over a hundred meetings throughout Britain and the US , in the context of the compatibility of democracy and Islam, many in universities with the participation of Muslim academics. Chairman of Georgian President’s conference on the economic potentialities 1998. Advisor to the Russian Federation Patent Office 1997-1999.Resident advisor to the Macedonian Parliament on democratic procedures 2001-2002. Member of Advisory Council of Anglican Observer to the United Nations 2002-2006. Publications- The Law of Trade Secrets 1964,1967 (Sweet & Maxwell, London & New York), The Law of the European Patent 1979 (Garland, New York), Manuals for the Macedonian Parliament Democratic Procedures 2002, Numerous studies for the European Commission 1995-2007.
