ABOUT THE SPEAKER Dr. Ralph Townsend has been headmaster of three schools – Sydney Grammar, Oundle and Winchester. He is actively involved in fostering partnerships between the state and private sectors, and he is Dean of the Winchester International Symposium, a network of ten schools around the world which co-operate in building international dialogue among its students. .
