Colin Millerchip (Redgate Software) will take us through a deck of slides that’s previously been presented under the boring title of “Research Methods 101”, but will hopefully sound more engaging with this snazzier title.

Not a comprehensive review of how to do market research, but more a list of hints and tips, and some snafu’s to avoid from past (sometimes bitter) experience. Hopefully others will wade in with their views as well.
