This Sales & Marketing SIG event will focus on Customer Relationship Management: systems, support and solutions.
Technology products often need to tackle long sales cycles as the end-user may not be the same as the person who is paying. The balance of power between companies and users is also swinging greatly in favour of the customer, as the internet and social media allow customers to connect directly to each other. Yet some companies are managing to exploit the internet and change their processes to reduce their own workload and increase customer satisfaction.
