If you have a question about this talk, please contact Inner Space. Please give your name to the receptionist at Inner Space, 01223 464616 Stress is a something most of us experience. However the methods we tend to use to deal with it are, to put up with it in the belief that it is: short- lived, the weekend is not far away; or that the adrenalin coursing through the system is really good for us. These, and other temporary solutions, can do real harm, not least to our happiness. This series of four talks could bring about a radical change in these beliefs. They will delve into the root of our understanding of ourselves and its consequences -in a very insightful and amusing manner. The speaker is Dr. Prashant Kakode, a medical practitioner and long-term meditator who has lived and worked in the UK for over 20 years. He is a much sought after world-wide as a guest speaker The course will be held in the calming, light-filled, seminar room at Inner Space, 6 King’s Parade, opposite King’s College gate.
