“Improving Standards in real-time PCR ” is a 40min lecture by scientists from the expert University of Southampton spinout PrimerDesign Ltd. They are focused on improving the quality of real-time PCR that is performed in the research field. The presentation is designed to give tangibly useful input to your real-time PCR work. Suggestions on improving assay design, normalising strategy and cost saving make up the core of the lecture.
