Meditation opens the door to a quieter mind, a clearer heart, and the inner strength to face life with wisdom and courage.

In this talk, we’ll explore how meditation can help us shift from limitation to possibility – from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened to experiencing lightness, perspective, and a deeper sense of purpose. When practiced regularly, meditation becomes more than a tool for relaxation – it becomes a way to live from a higher place within the self.

Our speaker for the evening is Sister Jayanti, who brings decades of experience in meditation and spiritual study. Known for her thoughtful and down-to-earth approach, she has spoken widely on topics of inner change and the connection between consciousness and world transformation. Find out more about her here: www.bkjayanti.org
