Following the release of AlphaFold3 Open-Source on November 11 and of Boltz-1 on November 17, we have organized this Mini-Workshop. Some of the topics we will cover:
  • The new capabilities of using AlphaFold-3 Open-Source locally.
  • The particularities of setting-up and running AlphaFold-3 locally.
  • Tips and tricks, and potential problems.
  • Boltz-1 (released Sunday) capabilities and local use.
  • Chai-1 capabilities and local use.
  • Comparison of early results from AF3 -local, Boltz-1 and Chai-1.
  • Running them on a local computer (even a laptop) and on a cluster.
  • ...
