If you have a question about this talk, please contact Adam Reid. Multiomics involves the generation and analysis of data from multiple omics technologies on the same samples. This allows integrated analysis of, for instance, gene transcription and chromatin accessibility. Our speakers will discuss the bioinformatics methods used to analyse such data and how they have been applied in particular research areas. Talks will be followed by a panel question and answer session. This talk is part of the SBS Bioinformatics Seminars series.
