What this talk is about:

Clive Wilkins has been the Artist in Residence in the University of Cambridge, Department of Psychology for over twelve years. A symbiotic relationship has been built in that time, between the arts and sciences which benefits both disciplines and has opened the possibilities for new ways of thinking. We discover that creative thinking in the arts and the sciences are not as different as we may have previously thought.

Come along to this interactive presentation, see and take part in experiments in real time that question our human ability to see and understand the world around us in remarkable ways. Discover the kind of research an artist might undertake in the University of Cambridge’s world leading Department of Psychology.

Clive will be introduced by Prof. Nicky Clayton FRS in whose laboratory Clive is Artist in Residence.
