In a world flooded with information overload and contradictions, deciphering nutritional advice can be perplexing. This talk aims to shed light on the profound connection between our eating choices and emotions. Join us as we explore the transformative power of knowledge, equipping ourselves to make informed decisions and finding the inner strength to seize control despite the challenges presented by the intricate dance between nutrition and emotions.
