Have you ever pondered whether eating serves as a source of comfort or if tranquillity leads to healthier choices? Is ‘hangry’ – that potent blend of hunger, tiredness, and anger – a result of neglecting our mind and body, or does operating on tired energy influence less-than-optimal food choices?

In a world flooded with information overload and contradictions, deciphering nutritional advice can be perplexing. This talk aims to shed light on the profound connection between our eating choices and emotions. Join us as we explore the transformative power of knowledge, equipping ourselves to make informed decisions and finding the inner strength to seize control despite the challenges presented by the intricate dance between nutrition and emotions. Discover the keys to cultivating a harmonious and empowered relationship with your well-being.
