If you have a question about this talk, please contact rl469. This first meeting of the academic year will centre around a de-brief of the Political Ecology Network (POLLEN) conference that took place in late September 2020. Held online for the first time, POLLEN 2020 saw a record-breaking number of registered delegates from all around the world. Themes included, but were not limited to, knowledge production, conservation governance, food security, (de)coloniality and the methodological and practical challenges of value-plurality in research, policy and management. This will be a chance for us to discuss any of the conference themes as well as to fill each other in on particular sessions, including those who did not attend the conference. This opening session will also be an opportunity for new members to introduce themselves and their research interests, as well as for ongoing members to share updates from the summer vacation and plans for the incoming term and year. All welcome! This talk is part of the Political Ecology Group meetings series. This talk is included in these lists:Note that ex-directory lists are not shown. |
