If you have a question about this talk, please contact . This talk has been canceled/deleted Either there is dark matter or gravity is modified. Modified gravity is still a possibility since all evidence of dark matter is inferred indirectly assuming general relativity, or its Newtonian limit. I will introduce Modified Newtonian Dynamics (MOND), recount its successes on galactic scales, its difficulty describing galaxy clusters and recent advances towards finding a successful relativistic extension of MOND that may also address its shortcomings.
