How do we develop inclusive fieldwork methods tailored to the livelihoods of research participants, and what kind of research outputs have value for participants? In participatory research and fieldwork, who is best to lead the research – the participants or the researcher? And When does a researcher need to step in to ‘guide’ the process and or outcomes?
