Hear how Innovation is considered in FMCG corporates, the tricks learned over years of “learning experiences” to help you be more impactful with your innovation and learn more on what support mechanisms exist in the UK to help you develop your own products on your journey to commercialisation.

About the Speaker

Graeme is responsible for supporting the development of the Technology and Innovation (T&I) culture within CPI and ensuring the integration of CPI ’s full innovation capability across “Healthtech and Sustainable Materials” development is available as part of the High Value Manufacturing Catapult.

He originally joined CPI as the Director of the National Formulation Centre in 2015 after 20 years at Procter and Gamble, where he had a range of product design and technology innovation roles across FMC Gs (e.g. Fairy Automatic Dishwashing products) and in Corporate R&D developing new product categories e.g. Sleep-care and Water purification. Most recently he led the Global Strategic Alliances with appliance manufacturers to ensure domestic appliances and detergents innovated together to ensure consumers got sustainable ideal end results. In parallel he also led the Global Methods Team bringing more robust and consumer predictive methods for global product evaluation, which is key in accelerating innovation, allowing faster decision making.
