How we prioritise our options often depends upon urgency. Are we aware of the factors which determine the safety and comfort of our existence?There might be unrecognised agencies undermining our every move. Let us become prepared to create the most accurate effort by understanding the true spectrum.

With guest speaker Dr Dusha Novakovic

Dr Dusha Novakovic has been working as an academic within Mathematics and Computer Science fields for over 25 years, mainly in the UK. She has been practicing meditation for almost 20 years. She is very passionate about life and has a particular interest in the correlation between our mind-sets and the quality of our lives. She strives to understand self and life in great depth and shares her findings with joy.
