‘Horizon Europe – research and innovation funding for the construction and built environment sector’.

UK has agreed to associate to Horizon Europe. Association will give UK scientists, researchers and businesses access to over €95.5Bn funding under the programme on equivalent terms to organisations from the European Union. This webinar will give an overview of the Horizon Europe initiative and, within that, details of the construction and built environment sector opportunities in the ‘Global Challenges and Industrial Competitiveness for Europe’ pillar. The Horizon Europe UK National Contact Points for Industry (Abishek Ramesh), Energy (Helen Fairclough) and Mobility (Louise Mothersole) will explain:

• their role in supporting UK organisations to participate; • the UK’s association and what it means for collaboration; • the structure of the programme; • the specific opportunities within it and; • how to maximise the chances of a successful application.
