The philosophy and associated meditation practice teaches us how to become masters of our mind and senses. It frees us from conscious or subconscious subservience. The more we become free from dependency and subservience, the more we are able to re-experience our original nature of peace, happiness and compassion. This retreat is an opportunity to explore the foundation aspects of this meditation practice and philosophy. There will be live sketch presentations, guided meditation practices as well as an opportunity for discussion and questions. This talk is part of the Inner Space, The Meditation Centre series.
