If you have a question about this talk, please contact Cambridge AWiSE. Speaker: Kalai Vanii Jayaseelan As humans, we are all driven by our emotions. Only a select few amongst us fully realise that success in all matters, whether it is the career or personal, is based squarely on our emotional intelligence. The world as we live in now is rife with digital distractions and changing political, social and economic landscapes! It is becoming hard to stay emotionally balanced as we get sucked into these influences, both personal and social. Come along to this interactive session to learn about the power of cultivating Emotional Intelligence and why it is crucial to your success and wellbeing. You will also take away a few foundational Self-Awareness techniques that you can apply right away to boost your emotional intelligence. The workshop will be followed by a short CamAWISE Annual General Meeting, which all are welcome to attend.
