Precision Farming, Farming 4.0, Digital Agriculture – you hear these terms used frequently and interchangeably more and more recently, but what do they really mean? In this talk Iain will discuss what Farming 4.0 means to G’s Growers, one of the UK’s largest fresh produce growers and an industry leader in Innovative farming techniques. Iain will talk about some of G’s past innovative projects like mobile packhouses, G’s current projects from the last five years from growth modelling to remote sensing, and G’s ambitions going forward in the areas of robotics and individual plant management.
