Faculty of Law postgraduate research student Guy Mulley will initiate the discussion by setting out a problematic area of UK tax law. Attendees will then be invited to present their perspectives on the relationship. As usual, anyone is welcome to attend and no prior knowledge or experience of tax law is required.
