If you have a question about this talk, please contact Inner Space. Many people use anger as a weapon. For every minute you are angry you lose 60 seconds of happiness. Anger destroys the beauty of the heart as well as the beauty of the face. It is an expression of inner pain. How can we change the anger within? The first step is to accept that it is created not by external events, but by how I deal with those events. And the next step? Come along to find out. Daxa Shah Daxa co-ordinates Wembley Inner Space and its outreach activities in Watford and St. Albans; before this she helped run meditation centres in Mumbai, Dubai and Vancouver. With over 30 years’ meditation experience, Daxa balances her determination and organisational skills with gentleness, honesty, respect and sweetness and has become an inspiring speaker and teacher over a wide range of personal development themes.
