This is a talk and meditation session on the Buddhist teachings of mindfulness and how to practically apply it in our daily lives. The talk will be followed by a guided meditation and Q&A. The speaker is Venerable Kamburawala Rewatha Thero, who is the resident monk and an excellent Buddhist teacher from the Scotland’s Buddhist Vihara. This is part of the annual Vesak celebration organized by Cambridge University Buddhist Society to commemorate the birth, enlightenment and the Parinibbana of the Buddha.
