All welcome. PROGRAMME OF THE DAY 10.00am – Supreme Love (20 minute meditation experience) Conducted by Sally Wilkinson. 10.30am The Power of the Mind (20 minute talk) with Heather Kara. 11.00am The Science of Happiness (a dialogue) Kartikeya Bhadada in conversation with Dr. Prashant Kakoday. 11.40am From Sincerity to Peace (live music) Bansuri flute performance by Chandra Hindustani. 12 noon Inner Peace, Inner Power (30 minute talk) with special guest speaker Jayanti Kirpalani from London. 12.30pm 20 years Anniversary Celebration of Inner Space. 1.00pm Break 1.30pm The Power of Perspective (20 minute talk) with Sarah FitzGerald. 2.00pm Where has the Human Connection Gone? (20 min workshop) Experiments with open eyes meditation. 2.30pm Nurturing Healthy Relationships (50 min talk and workshop) with Guest speaker Mary Friedland from Chicago, US. 4.00pm The Point of Life (Keynote 60 minute talk) with special guest speaker Jayanti Kirpalani from London. ALL DAY : Drop-in meditations from 10am – 4pm starting every 30 mins drop-in from 10am – 4pm. This event will mark 20 years of Inner Space, which has been described as a haven of peace for thousands of visitors and local people over two decades. Inner Space offered a wide range of opportunities to develop personal skills and explore spiritual values. This talk is part of the Inner Space, The Meditation Centre series.
