The Hughes Hall Postdoctoral Research Group presents the seminar Life at a Start-up aimed at students and early career researchers. Have you ever wonder how it is like working at a start-up? Are you considering a career change and you are pondering moving to the start-up scene? Do you want to learn the differences between working in academia or in a start-up? Do you want to start your own one? Then you have come to the right place. Life at a Start-up is a seminar is designed to answer these and any other question about the life at a start-up and what it takes to be successful. We will have the pleasure to hear about the personal experiences of three guest speakers with a recognized track-record in the start-up scene. They will share their advice with us during short presentations. At the end of the seminar, we will have a round table discussion where the attendees will be able to pose questions to the panel how is like to work at a start-up. List of speakers:
