The event will showcase the wide range of mutually-beneficial collaborative research, research administration capacity strengthening initiatives, as well as teaching activities that Cambridge academics and students are involved in, in partnership with African colleagues. The Day will be introduced by the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cambridge – Professor Stephen Toope and a keynote address will be given by external guest Dr Tom Kariuki (Director of AESA , African Academy of Sciences).
