If you have a question about this talk, please contact Matthew Sharrock. Did you ever try to build a pipeline that combines functions from e.g. SPM with functions from FSL ?, wanted to compare how different implementations in different packages influence your results?, or were frustrated by having to learn the syntax of a new imaging toolbox to use just one of the functions? In this talk, I’ll be given you a flavour of the neuroimaging pipelines in Python (NiPyPe) package that can combine different neuroimaging packages using a universal syntax to solve all of these problems.
