Further detail
The Cambridge University Ethics in Mathematics Society (CUEiMS) is here to help mathematicians recognise the ethical questions that can arise when doing mathematics. By hosting lectures, talks, and discussions we hope to give mathematicians some of the insight and tools that they will need to deal with ethical issues in their work. We support a weekly seminar in Michaelmas on Tuesdays at 16:00 in MR4 , at which we serve tea and biscuits. In Lent we host talks by various other speakers. All are welcome to join us for some friendly discussion. If you have a question about this list, please contact: Andrew Carlotti; Toby Clifton. If you have a question about a specific talk, click on that talk to find its organiser. 3 upcoming talks and 33 talks in the archive.
