Further detail
Reducing the damaging environmental affects of the chemical industry requires substantial efforts in devising and developing new technologies. June’s Horizon seminar entitled “Green Frontiers” will highlight the new and highly relevant research that is being undertaken in development of novel chemical technologies and materials, recycling and waste treatments that minimise energy usage, waste and hazard to the environment. The seminar will be taking place at the Centre for Mathematical Sciences and will be followed by the Horizon summer garden party in the grounds of Jesus College.
