Further detail
Global Food Futures is the Humanitarian Centre’s third ‘themed year’ of events, following the success of our Global Health and ICT4D years. The events in the Global Food Futures Year will help build and strengthen a network of individuals and organisations, in Cambridge and beyond, to more effectively address the challenge of global food security. By bringing innovators and influencers together, with development specialists and their overseas partners, we can: share learning and experience; challenge one another; and spark new partnerships. The Humanitarian Centre is an innovative international development network, affiliated with the University of Cambridge. We aim to alleviate poverty by inspiring, empowering and equipping everyone we interact with to positively contribute to global development.
