Many companies implement crypto payments now, and this creates a very high amount of people who start using crypto not only as a payment method – they want more. According to the cryptocasinos360.com research, almost half of crypto casinos players decide to obtain more Bitcoin knowledge.

It is not a secret that many people buy crypto courses thinking they will help understand not only the basics but will make them professionals in trading.

Is it really true?

Cryptocurrency Courses – Meaning

Cryptocurrency courses are videos, books, documents, or even presentations containing a certain number of covered topics and explaining different cryptocurrency terms, patterns, strategies, etc.

The courses can be issued from universities as online programs, Youtube bloggers, Telegram groups, or crypto platforms – there are plenty of sources. But, not all these sources are recommended and, frankly speaking, it is usually hard to guess if the course is going to be helpful.

Cryptocurrency Courses – Types & Differences

As we’ve already said, there are different courses you can enroll in to gain more crypto knowledge. Most of them are paid, so you need to check everything before paying money.

Universities

There are a bunch of universities offering blockchain and Bitcoin courses online. For example, UNIC - University of Nicosia, offers some programs like:

  • MSc in Blockchain and Digital Currency – Online;
  • MSc in Computer Science – Blockchain concentration – Online;
  • Free MOOC on Blockchain and Digital Currencies;
  • Free MOOC Introduction to Decentralized Finance (DeFi).

Universities are always an excellent choice to gain knowledge because they are not going to scam you. The programs are usually well-developed, and you always have an experienced teacher to ask questions. The only “but” here is a price – university courses can cost $1000+. But, as you see from the programs above, you can always find something free of charge.

Youtube bloggers & Telegram groups

These sources of information are probably the most popular today. These courses usually cost $200-$600, and their authors promise you will become a crypto professional as soon as you purchase and study them. The data presented there is usually about crypto trading, patterns, indicators, strategies, etc.

We may say that 99% of these courses are just a waste of time and money – not because they are wrong or false, but because of all the information you can find online.

Crypto platforms

Here we will not talk about crypto traders who made websites and now sell courses. Not everyone knows that, for example, cryptocurrency exchanges offer lots of useful information for trading and investing.

Coinbase Earn

Here, you can learn about cryptocurrencies and earn money for this. In the list are Stellar Lumens (XLM), The Graph (GRT), Enzyme (MLN), Compound (COMP), BarnBridge (BOND), etc.

Binance Academy

This is a real treasure for a newcomer in cryptocurrency. Binance team works very hard to regularly provide valuable material in a written form, covering all the possible topics like:

  • What Is NFT Virtual Land in the Metaverse?
  • What Is Arbitrage Trading?
  • The Ultimate Guide to Trading on Binance Futures
  • How to Build a Well-Balanced Crypto Portfolio

The Best Cryptocurrency Courses in 2022

There is a fascinating tendency in the crypto world: the less someone promises to you, the higher results you may achieve. Thus, while choosing a cryptocurrency course, don’t follow the promises like “you’ll become a successful trader,” “you’ll start earning at once.” Pay attention to quality.

If you are really sure that the info you want to obtain can not be found on the Internet, we recommend you to look for courses in universities, Coursera or Udemy. Also, pay attention to the free UNIC courses we stated above – they are free for everyone.

If you need to improve your knowledge in DeFi or NFT or want to master this or that trading strategy – welcome to the Binance Academy. According to our experience, 99% of trading data can be found there.

The Best Cryptocurrency Courses – Final Thoughts

Today we discussed the crucial moment – blockchain and Bitcoin courses. There are plenty of them online, and you need to be very attentive while choosing your best one. Start looking for your course at verified platforms and universities to save your time and money.
