Building a dream team has many challenges and different stages. How do you attract the initial founders and experienced the start-up thrill, what is the next step to growing the numbers in line with your vision and developing a sustainable team culture at the same time? How does the role of the entrepreneur evolve as the need for different roles becomes apparent? Our speakers will discuss how they kept their vision for the team whilst the venture developed and changed and what they learnt as they grew the team.
