If you have a question about this talk, please contact Inner Space. Time and money are great treasures and we all want to use them wisely. What can help in achieving this? What are the obstacles? Is there a root cause to the waste of time and money? In this workshop we will be exploring how a spiritual perspective can give new insights into this very practical subject. Sally Wilkinson will be exploring this subject and facilitating this session in the Art of Living Series. Sally was born in Cambridge, and brought up a family here. She came across Raja Yoga meditation in 1993 and it has transformed the way she looks at the world. She has worked as a physiotherapist and has been involved with Inner Space since it’s opening in 1999. Sally is a true all rounder and you will often find her behind the reception desk or leading a meditation session on one of the upper floors at Inner Space.
