The Cambridge Judge Business Briefings series is an opportunity to hear from and network with our faculty, alumni and professional guests from around the world. In this briefing, Dr Soufani will discuss the differences between the current ‘linear’ growth models, which are heavily based on using up resources vs. the circular economy model which requires firms to come up with disruptive technology and business ideas based on longevity, renewability, reuse, repair, upgrade, refurbishment, servitisation, capacity sharing and dematerialisation. Dr Soufani’s discussion will also look at how businesses not only need to focus on cost-cutting but also rethink their product and service offerings and customer propositions, ultimately impacting on investment decisions. Following the briefing, a networking reception will be held, giving you the chance to meet faculty, alumni and professional guests from around the world. This talk is part of the Business Briefing Series, Cambridge Judge Business School series. This talk is included in these lists:
