In this seminar, I will present the progress of my ongoing PhD project on Chinese aspect markers and their behaviours in L2 Chinese grammars. The theoretical background and research questions will be firstly introduced, followed by the research design of my revised experiment. The results from two pilot studies and the main study conducted in last summer will be reported as well. This seminar will end up with discussion on data analysis and interpretation.
