We’re delighted to welcome Paul Jackson, Managing Director of Forward Composites, a company borne out of Lola Composites just over a year ago with remarkable success.

From the ashes of Lola Composites, which went into administration in May 2012, Paul Jackson established Forward Composites in March 2013. In just one year the new company has over 85 employees, after starting with just 3, a turnover of more than £4m, and most recently Paul has been awarded Cambridge News ‘Business Person of the Year’; come and hear a remarkable story about a remarkable business.

Although Forward Composites is a newly-formed company, their highly-skilled workforce is comprised largely from staff who previously worked at Lola Composites. The company specialises in making composites for the Aerospace, Defence, Communications, Automotive, Motorsports and Renewables industries. This vast pool of experience in designing and creating composites structures has already made them a trusted and reliable supplier of innovative technical solutions and high achieving performance products. Find out more about their work on their website at
